2019 TOS Super Bowl Pool

If you are familiar with our annual fundraiser then the rules are the same and are detailed below, and just like last year there won't be any tickets mailed out. The entire pool will be managed online. Once all the tickets are sold and before the big game, we will email out a copy of each grid and make them available online, so you can track your scores!

If you wish to buy tickets, please fill out the form below. If you are purchasing for someone else (a friend, family member, etc) please include their email and mailing address so we know where to send the check or get in touch with them for billing purposes.

All fees for tickets will be billed by the Temple.

THE TICKETS

• Tickets are either $10 each or $20 each.

WHAT YOU CAN WIN

• Each $10 ticket gives you multiple chances to win $25.
• Each $20 ticket gives you multiple chances to win $50.
• Plus, there's a chance at winning the pot at the end of the game.

HOW WINNERS ARE DETERMINED

• Each ticket purchased represents a randomly chosen block on a 10x10 grid. The rows and columns on the grid represent the last digit of the score of the AFC team versus the NFC team.
• We will have a winner with EVERY score change. So, if the first score is a touchdown by the AFC team, the person with the box representing 6-0 on the grid wins. Then, when the extra point is scored, the person with the box representing 7-0 on the grid wins. If, later, the score becomes 17-10, for example, that ticket wins again! The more score changes throughout the game, the more winners there will be!
• The person with the ticket that matches the final score will win the difference between the money won from score changes and $500.00 on a $10.00 Board, or the difference between the money won from score changes and $1000.00 on a $20 board.
• Note that you are guaranteed a minimum of $50 if your ticket represents the final score on a $10 board, or $100 on a $20 board.
• These instructions do not create any specific legal rights because the decisions of Temple Ohav Shalom are final. Winnings will be mailed within 14 days after the Superbowl.

HOW TO PAY:

• Once you have filled out the form our Temple Administrator will bill you or your Temple account. If you are not a Temple member you can either pay via a member who offered you the ticket originally, or we can bill you. 
• Please note that, if you are purchasing these tickets for a friend or if you are not a Temple member, it is very important that you include that person's complete address information so we can contact them if they have won or need to pay.
